I’m so thrilled to be releasing my first collection since 2020! Story Land was born from my passion for preserving imagination, literacy, creativity, and play in childhood. Story time for children is precious, and I wanted to create a collection that celebrates the magic that children experience and still need in this fast-paced, overscheduled, and digital world. Reading a fanciful story with a child or letting a child’s mind wander and imagine is not a waste of time, but actually builds confidence, connection, and skills children need now more than ever. It’s not just mermaids, unicorns, and dragons...it’s believing that hidden treasures can be discovered, life is an adventure filled with possibility, and that worlds can be created that don’t yet exist. So, when you’re tucking them in bed with stories of mermaids and dragons and unicorns and fairies, let this collection inspire us all that stories fuel our imaginations to what is possible...for both parents and children alike!
