1. Expression of Interest
   Submit your expression of interest by 'checking out' the LFNDA product below
2. NDA Signing
   Liberty Fabrics’ legal team will email you a digital Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for signing.
3. Book Your Viewing Appointment
   Once your NDA has been signed, you will receive details to book a viewing appointment for Thursday 16th or Friday 17th October.
• Appointments will be scheduled with a small group of retailers at a time.
• Viewing groups will be organised to ensure no conflicting locations.
4. Order Form
   An order form will be issued prior to your viewing.
   This is your only opportunity to view and order from this collection.
5. Confidentiality Requirements
• Images of the collection cannot be published online until 1st February 2025.
• The collection cannot be pre-sold.
• Our sales team is not authorised to present this collection.
• No recordings, no photographs and no discussion about the range until 1^st February 2026.
