Redrawn from a hand-painted artwork found in the Liberty archive, Mr Hunt takes cues from the Bloomsbury Group, the renowned British circle of artists and intellectuals from the early 20th century. The design’ s largescale paisleys, with their fluid and overlapping arrangement, are portrayed with an ikat texture effect, evocative of the group’ s love for blending traditional elements with an eclectic, decorative flair.
