Inspired by Pre-Raphaelite garden paintings and the romance of a traditional rose garden, this immersive botanical pattern was created by the in-house Liberty design studio using gouache and watercolour. Voluminous rose blooms take centre stage, their silken petals unfurling in delicate layers. Echoing the artwork’ s rich tonal nuances, the linen textured background adds a soft, tactile quality, while a calm sense of movement gently ripples across the fabric.
